Crews have extinguished a fire that broke out at Empower Field, home to the Broncos, Thursday afternoon.
The department was alerted of the fire around 2:15 p.m., and it took crews 40 minutes to extinguish the blaze, said fire department spokesperson Greg Pixley. Seventy-five fire personnel and 20 trucks responded. While people were inside the stadium when the blaze started, there were no injuries.

The cause is still unknown and might not be determined for weeks, Pixley said.
The fire department tweeted that it has affected the suite area and the third-level seating area.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
